Following are the basic steps for setting your menu.
We are happy to help you with this process by suggesting a menu for your group.
Beverages play an important part in your event.
Beer ($4 and up), Mixed Drinks ($5 and up), Wines starting at $22 per bottle are all available.
We are delighted to pair wines from our fabulous wine list to help make your party even more special.
Sodas, Coffee and Tea start at $2.25 each.
Payment for weddings, receptions and large parties is by check or cash.
A 3% service fee will be added for credit card payments for large parties.
Our Private Rooms
The Orvis Room
This room has a beautiful stone fireplace and is part of the original 100 year old log cabin.
Outside views.
Seats up to 14 at rectangular table (or 18 at 2 tables)

The Caldwell Room
The center room in the original log cabin.
Warm log walls lined with Texas State Artist, Sam Caldwell's artwork.
Seats 40 or 70 for a stand up cocktail reception
$200 deposit
($500 deposit in December, $3500 min. in December and on Weekends)
The Trophy Room
The original log cabin main room.
Stunning stone fireplace and cypress tree lined walls and staircase.
Seats 30 or 50 for a stand up cocktail reception.
$200 deposit
($500 deposit in December, $5000 min.)
This room is available on a very limited basis.
The Pullman
Great views of the grounds and creek.
Patio access and privacy.
Seats up to 20, rectangular tables.
$200 deposit

For events between 50 and 72 people,
the front dining rooms of the Rainbow Lodge may be reserved together.
This would be a semi-private area lined with windows overlooking the grounds and creek.
$1000 deposit, 20% gratuity, minimums quoted upon request.
Lunch and Brunch Minimums are lower and are quoted upon request.
There is a $100 fee for all ceremonies at the Rainbow Lodge, inside or outside.

The Entire Rainbow Lodge Dining Room and Bar
May be reserved for a private function over 100 people.
Maximum seated capacity - 175 people
Maximum stand-up cocktail party - 250 people
There is a $500 restaurant rental fee plus minimum food and beverage expenditures quoted upon request.

Breakfast Meetings
The Rainbow Lodge will open early for your breakfast meeting or all day seminars.
There is a $200 rental fee to open early for breakfast meetings.
AudioVisual equipment is available.

Special Services from Rainbow Lodge
A/V Rentals
Everything you need for your presentation, quoted upon request.
All a/v rentals have a $35 delivery fee
Cakes
The Rainbow Lodge charges $1.50 per person for outside cakes.
This may also be referred to as a "cake cutting" fee.
Floral Arrangements
We are happy to provide floral centerpieces at your request.
They start at $50 each plus tax and $20 delivery.
Entertainment
Rainbow Lodge is pleased to assist you in your entertainment selection.
We can recommend fabulous bands, DJs, harpists, comedians, puppeteers, etc.
Menus and Place Cards
We will provide printed menus and place cards for 75 cents each.
Parking Valet
Extra parking valets are required for large private parties.
Every party with 30 Guests or more must pay a $75 Valet fee.
For large events, one parking valet is required for every 50 guests @ $75 per Valet
